As a former CEO and Practice Administrator, I use my decades of experience in healthcare administration to help medical professionals like you build and maintain profitable practices that cater to the needs of their patients. In the 20 years that I’ve overseen family practices and women’s healthcare facilities, I have helped numerous physician-owned practices streamline their day-to-day operations and implement business strategies to ensure long-term growth.
Over the course of my career, I have gained an in-depth knowledge of every aspect of practice management and have hands-on experience overseeing recruitment, employee hiring and onboarding, evaluation, coaching, scheduling, compensation, financial management, billing and collections, staffing, quality reporting, and data analysis.

More About Our Founder
Patricia Pugh, MBA, completed her Bachelor of Science in business administration from California University and later received her MBA from Waynesburg University. She is an active member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and has served as President of MGMA organizations on local and state levels.
Patricia is also active within the AAPC and SHRM and sits on the Keiser University advisory board for Medical Assisting. Outside of her organizational work, Patricia has been a speaker and part-time adjunct instructor with Allegany College of Maryland, where she taught Sales and Customer Service.
